3. Service-Specific Terms

Due to the diverse nature of our license activities, the following specific terms apply:

  1. Real Estate Consultancy: The Company acts as a consultant. We do not guarantee property valuations or investment returns. All real estate transactions are subject to final contracts (SPA/Tenancy) and UAE Real Estate Laws.

  2. General Trading: We reserve the right to limit the sales of products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. Descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

  3. Media & Digital Marketing: All creative materials, strategies, and produced content remain the Intellectual Property of Burjeen Properties FZE until full payment is settled.

  4. Facilities Management: Services are provided strictly according to the schedule and scope defined in the signed Service Level Agreement (SLA).

4. Payment and Billing

  1. All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED).

  2. Invoices for services (Marketing/FM) must be paid within the timeline stipulated on the invoice.

  3. The Company reserves the right to suspend services immediately if payments are overdue.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, video clips (Media Production), and data compilations, is the property of Burjeen Properties FZE and protected by UAE and international copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Burjeen Properties FZE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data usage, or goodwill.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be referred to the courts of Sharjah.
