Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Burjeen Properties FZE, we aim for complete customer satisfaction. As our company operates across multiple sectors (Services and Goods), our policy is categorized as follows:

2. Category A: General Trading (Physical Products)

  1. Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  3. Defects: Please report damaged or defective items immediately upon delivery via email at info@burjeenproperties.ae.

  4. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 10-14 business days.

3. Category B: Professional Services (Media, Marketing, Facilities Management)

  1. Cancellation:

  2. Media Production: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled shoot are non-refundable regarding the deposit.

  3. Digital Marketing: Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the service month has commenced.

  4. Refunds: Refunds are not issued for services already rendered or hours already worked.

4. Category C: Real Estate Transactions

  1. Refunds and cancellations regarding the sale, purchase, or leasing of property are strictly governed by the signed Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) or Tenancy Contract.

  2. Website-based refund policies do not supersede the legal contracts signed between the Buyer/Tenant and Seller/Landlord. Please refer to your specific contract clauses regarding termination and penalties.
